Ashmini

Ashmini graduated from Help University, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and was awarded the President’s Award for finishing top of her class in 2019. She completed her internship at a law firm dealing primarily with LA and Small Estate Matters, divorce proceedings as well as general litigation matters. She is currently pursuing her Masters in Economic Crime Management at Help University, wherein her areas of interest lies in matters of corporate liability, money laundering and terrorism.

Her portfolio revolves around areas of general litigation, personal injury claims, and conveyancing. She has the necessary experience to prepare and draft complex Sale & Purchase and Facility Agreements for land deals. Ashmini is committed to representing clients’ best interests by being focused on keeping herself up to date on real estate regulations and legalities pertaining to real estate contracts, agreements and leases.

After successfully completing her pupilage, she was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in August 2021. She then continued to practice civil litigation, where she was exposed to a diverse range of matters, such as contractual disputes, debt recovery, tenancy disputes, defamation, employment matters, construction matters, execution proceedings, family disputes, and other general litigation matters. She has assisted and conducted trials, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings for various contentious matters, demonstrating her ability to handle a wide range of cases.
